Wheat Production By Country Per Capita

Since Ukraine is a major exporter of wheat, the war in Ukraine will have a noticeable impact on wheat supply throughout the world. Thus, I thought it would be interesting to visualize wheat production per capita by country. Interestingly, Lithuania and Latvia have the highest wheat production per capita. China and India, despite both being large distributors of wheat, produce relatively less per person.

Overall, China, India, and Russia are the top three wheat producers.
